BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
BODYPUMP is available as a either a 45 or 30-minute workout.

A brand new concept founded at Fit4Life, this heart racing Spin session has a twist.. 50% of the class is off the bike! Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and hips, is often called the “powerhouse” and is thought to be the key to a person’s stability.
Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner’s specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises.
High Intensity Interval Training are workouts combining short intense bursts of anaerobic exercise followed by less intense recovery periods. These workouts provide excellent athletic conditioning and calorie burn!
Not your traditional Step Class…. Step Up goes way beyond and is suitable for all fitness levels! Dashes of old school Step merged with HIIT training to ensure your fitness levels soar! By using Plyometric, Bodyweight and Resistance training you are guaranteed to get a post burn for up to 6 hours ensuring you get more bang for your buck!

The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those all important areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
The Metafit™ is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout.
Metafit™ combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional ‘Old school’ bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!
Created by a former Royal Marine commando and a national gymnast, Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Tabata techniques, working on the premise that in order to burn fat, you need to boost your resting metabolism.
Strength & conditioning
A strength based class designed to build muscle, improve core strength and mould your dream body! Learn correct techniques for Olympic style lifting and multi muscle exercises. Taught by a level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach you are sure to leave feeling satisfied every time!
Abs classes are a great way to tone up the troublesome abdominal region! The class consist of specific moves, sequences and routines put together to give you a great abdominal workout. Even if you have never been to a class before and simply want to tone up this class is a fun alternative to the gym and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
HiiT Spin is a high intensity Spin class usually 30 minutes long, aimed at a heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.

Brilliant full body conditioning workout open to All FITNESS LEVELS! All workouts can be tailored from beginner level to advanced kettle bell moves. We strongly emphasize proper technique and skill and can ensure you will be masterful with a kettlebell in no time. And the added bonus…a sculpted, toned physique!
