5 minute ultimate Choco protein oats.
Wanting a Quick protein boost to kick start your day? Also … Do you love chocolate?
Then look no further we have the answer!!
1. Soak the oats over night (Ok…its not quite 5 minutes)
2. In the morning add the protein and ½ the dark chocolate to the oats and mix well
These are optional (a good option in my opinion)
3. Top with banana and almond butter and sprinkle remaining chocolate for flare!
4. Then serve in a very inappropriate glass like a kilner jar – because they are practical!
Ingredients (We kinda need these)
40g of rolled oats
200ml of almond milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein
½ banana chopped sideways for style
1 tsp of almond butter
1 tbsp of chopped dark chocolate 85% cocoa and above
